How fast can you get out to inspect my roof?
For standard estimates we're usually on-site within 48 hours. Active leaks and storm damage jump the queue, so call us and we'll tarp same-day to stop the water while we schedule the full assessment.
Is the inspection really free?
Yes. The inspection, the drone photos, and the written line-item estimate are all free with no obligation. We only get paid if you decide to move forward.
Do you handle the insurance claim for storm damage?
We do. We document the damage, file alongside you, and meet your adjuster on-site so the claim reflects the real scope of work. In most cases you pay only your deductible.
What does the 25-year warranty actually cover?
Our workmanship, the installation itself, is warrantied for 25 years in writing, on top of the manufacturer's material warranty. If anything we installed fails, we come back and make it right.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer flexible financing with options for $0 down and fixed monthly payments, and we can get you approved on the spot during your estimate.
